• 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
• ½ tsp Sea Salt
• 300 ml (½ pint) coconut milk
• 175 g (6 oz) onion, cut into rings

• ½ tsp Garlic
• ½ tsp Chillies Crushed

• 450 g (1 lb) pigs liver, cut into thin strips
