• 2 cups milk, scalded
• 6 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup currants
• 1/2 cup blanched almonds
• 1/2 cup citron, chopped
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
