Laban Emmo - Petites Choses
funny it’s called Laban Emmo! Mom’s yogurt! I made it using ready cooked goat laban (yogurt) from @alakhdar.dairy.
Ingredients
- 500g ready cooked goat laban
- 500g beef cubes
- 5 medium onions, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp cornstarch
- Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, fresh thyme • Coriander and garlic
- Almond slivers, fried or toasted, for topping
- Rice
