• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ cups brie cheese, rind removed, torn into chunks
• ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
• 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
