A tasty colourful bruschetta from Nikibakes

Ingredients

• 2 small ciabatta loaves, sliced lengthways
• 1 ball of burrata cheese, drained and patted dry
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• a handful tricolour tomatoes
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
• a handful fresh basil, torn
• 1 tsp Urfa chilli flakes
• 1 tsp traditional sea salt
• 1 tsp Aleppo chilli flakes
