• 3 cloves garlic, chopped

• 1½ cups dense bread, shredded into crumbs
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 Bahn Mi roll, or your favorite sub roll
• ¼ cup marinara sauce
• 3-4 smoked meatballs
• ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
