- 2 tbsp pistachio paste
- 1 tsp almond or pistachio essence
- 125g butter
- 125g dark chocolate
- 200g brown sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 50g plain flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 50g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
