Super Easy Leftover Turkey Soup | Just A Pinch Recipes
Times are hard and being economical is on the top of my list. Don't let the turkey carcass go to waste! Very little prep time and very delicious!

- 1 - onion, chopped(chunky) (include skins)
- 4 - bay leaves
- 1 - turkey carcass (leftover)
- - water (fill until turkey is covered)
- 1 package(s) mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 package(s) egg noodles
- - salt and pepper to taste
