Ingredients

• 1 Large onion, (, diced)
• 1 Stalk celery (, diced)

• 1/4 Cup red wine
• 6 Cups sodium-reduced beef stock ( (or whatever you have on hand))
• 796 ml can of whole tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp salt (, plus more)
• 1/4 tsp pepper (, plus more)
• 2 540 ml 6 bean medley ((reserve one cup of the strained beans))
• 1 Cup small shaped pasta
