• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, plus extra for drizzling
• 4 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded or sliced
• 3 cup Mushroom blend, finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped in oil or water
• 1 Tbsp Thyme, fresh
• ¼ cup White Wine
• to taste Salt And Pepper
• ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
• 1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped, fresh
• 2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze, for drizzle
