• 3 tbsp olive oil
• juice of 1 ½ limes
• 1 tsp lime zest
• 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1½ tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
• Avocado Crema
• Pico de Gallo
• Lettuce
• Sour Cream
