• 1 tbsp salt
• 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
• 0.50 cup butter
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 cups milk
• 8 oz 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into chunks
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
• 2 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground black pepper
