Quick And Easy Fish Curry recipe by Tia

Ingredients

• 1 big onion
• ¼ cup oil
• 1/ 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
• ½ teaspoon whole peppercorns
• 2 pieces of cinnamon stick
• Crushed or whole Methi (Fenugreek) seed
• 4 to 6 tomato grated or 1 tin tomato puree..I prefer grated tomatoes and 1 satchet tomato paste
• Few sprigs curry leave
• 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic crushed
• 3 green chillies slit into 4
• ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon chillie powder
• ¼ teaspoon dhania (coriander) and jeera powder
• 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
• Tamarind sauce
