• 2 pkgs Pork Tocino, Magnolia Brand, Grill, cover and set aside for assembly
• 2 ea Baguettes
• 6 Eggs (fresh, scrambles)
• 1 bun Thai Basil Leaves (cleaned)
• 2 cups Garlic Butter Spread
• 2 lbs Daikon Radish (peeled then shredded)
• 3 ea Roma Tomatoes (diced)
• 1 cup Fresh Mango (small diced)
• 1 cup Green Onion (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 1/2 cup Calamansi Juice (Manila Gold brand)
• 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt
• 1/2 tbsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
• 1 lb unsalted butter (softened or room temperature)
