Turkey Dressing in a Wood Fired Oven

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 loaves bread, dried and cut into small squares
• 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 2 cups chopped onions
• 2 cups chopped celery
• 1 lb. chicken & apple sausage cooked and drained
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 cup Cream
• 1 1/2 cups Apple Cider
• 2-3 apples, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
