• 1/2 cup citrus chipotle bbq sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, peeled, diced 1/2 inch
• 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, minced
