- 3/4 Cup dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 T maple syrup
- 2 pie crusts
- 4-6 Apples, try to use at least 2 varieties
- 1 Cup orange juice + 1 Cup water - mixed
- 1 Cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 2-3 T sugar
- 4 T flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch each of nutmeg, ginger and ground clove.
- 1 egg - beaten
