• 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 1 Medium cucumber, chopped
• 1 Red bell bell pepper, chopped
• ½ red onions, thinly sliced
• ½ cups Pitted kalamata olives, chopped
• ½ cups The Three Cows White Cheese Full Fat, crumbled
• ½ cups Extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ cups white vinegar
• 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• ¼ tsp red chillies flakes
