• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp bourbon
• 1 1/2 tbsp Madagascar bourbon vanilla paste
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 2 tbsp butter
• pinch of salt
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups milk
• 3 tbsp of maple syrup
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
