• 8 large cabbage leaves, blanched
• 2 Johnsonville Italian Burger patties, cooked and crumbled (other flavors OK)
• 1 cup cooked long grain rice
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup diced tomato (1 small)
• 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
• pepper
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
