- 600ml double cream

- 2 tbs passionfruit juice
- 300ml passion fruit juice
- 3 sheets gelatine
- 4 passionfruit, remove the flesh
- Shaved coconut
- Cape gooseberries
- Mint sprigs
- Whipped double cream
