Ingredients

• Scotch Fillet / Ribeye 500g New Zealand pork fillet
• 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
• 2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
• 4 lettuce cups (iceberg lettuce)
• 1/4 of a 1/2 head of cabbage - thinly sliced
• Bunch of coriander - roughly chopped
• 2 red onions - thinly sliced
• 1 lemon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
• 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 lemon
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
