• 1 cup Verjus
• 1/2 cup walnut oil
• 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 garlic clove, split
• 1 crisp apple
• 1 crisp pear
• 1/2 pound mixed greens
• 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
