  • 120g tapioca flour
  • 200ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil or greasing 17cm baking pan
  • Extra tapioca flour to coat
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  • 60g black vinegar
  • 25g sugar
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
