- 200ml warm water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil or greasing 17cm baking pan
- Extra tapioca flour to coat
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- 60g black vinegar
- 25g sugar
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- 50ml water
- 1 red chilli (finely chopped)
