• 1 White onion, finely chopped
• 1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Everyday Favourites plain flour
• 300ml Arla® LactoFREE Milk (Whole or Semi Skimmed)
• 400g Casareccia pasta
• 150g Baby spinach
