• 3 sticks (1-1/2 cups) cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 package chocolate chips
• 1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2 to 3 tablespoons water or orange juice
