Ingredients

• 4 large eggs , at room temperature
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon snipped chives
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 -4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted ( optional )
