• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
• 1 1⁄2- 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa
• 1⁄2 cup whole oats
• 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
• 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
