Ingredients

• 1 1/4-ounce packet active dry yeast (2¼ tsp.)
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Medium SELECT olive oil, plus more for brushing and serving
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
• 2 tablespoons dried rosemary (if using fresh, use about double)
• 1 teaspoon fine salt
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• Freshly ground pepper
