Oh So Cheesy Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

• 250 g spaghetti
• 1 lb ground beef lean or extra lean
• 1 Onion chopped
• 1 10-oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 10-oz can condensed tomato soup
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper to taste
• 2 1/4 cups cheddar cheese grated; divided
• 1/2 cup italian style bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp butter or margarine melted
