- <sup>3</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> cup kamaboko (Japanese fish cakes), cut into 1-inch pieces
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup julienned carrots
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup thinly sliced green cabbage
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup thinly sliced yellow onions
