Ingredients

• 6 oz. lean beef, thinly sliced
• 1 T. mild olive oil
• 1/2 green pepper, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 yellow onion, coarsely chopped
• 2 green onions, cut in 2-inch lengths
• 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped Marinade
• 1 t. corn starch
• 2 t. soy sauce
• 1 T. dry white wine
• 2 T. mild olive oil Gravy
• 1 t. soy sauce
• 1 T. tomato catsup
• 1/4 t. Worchestershire sauce
