Wild mushroom sauce | Food-e-Land
My favorite sauce goes with absolutely everything ... meat, potatoes, potato dumplings, groats or pasta. It tastes like no other sauce and if you try it, you simply come back to it
Ingredients
- A handful of dried, wild mushrooms, about 25 g
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 bay leaf and allspice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley or dill
- optional: 1/4 cup of cream
