Ingredients

• 3 cups flour (and extra for dusting)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 250 gr soft butter
• 250 ml sour cream
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup grated gouda cheese
• 1 cup grated mozzarella
• 2 teaspoons chili flakes
• 1 cup corn kernels
• 1 large egg (whisked, for egg wash)
