- 1½ cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp wheat starch
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup dried shrimps (rinsed and chopped)
- 5 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- deep fried shallots (store bought)
- spring onions (washed and finely sliced)
- red chillies (finely sliced, remove the seeds)
- dried shrimps (rinsed, chopped, and fried)
