Ingredients

• 1.5 lb chicken (chopped 1 - ½ inch cubes)
• 3 tablespoon butter
• ¾ cup tomatoes (chopped finely)
• 1 onion (chopped finely)
• ¼ cup cashew (grounded smoothly)
• ¼ cup almond (grounded smoothly)
• 1 - 2 teaspoon red chili powder (according to taste)
• 1 teaspoon ginger paste
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 2-3 inch piece of cinnamon stick (Dal Chini)
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2/3 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
• Optional: ½ cup cream
