Butter Chicken Pasta | pasta | Umami

Ingredients

• Chicken Marinade:
• 500g chicken breast, cubed
• ½ cup of Ghee
• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 cup yogurt of choice
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp Indian orange food coloring
• Salt to taste
• Butter Chicken Pasta:
• Any pasta of your choosing (here I’m using Casarecce pasta)
• Ghee for cooking
• 1 tsp cardamom
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 3 red onions, chopped
• 3 large tomatoes, chopped
• ½ cup cashews
• 1-2 packs 250g Nestle All Purpose Cream
• salt & pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves/Kasuri Methi
• 6 knobs butter
• Garnish:
• Cilantro
