- 1 Egg, large
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Sea salt
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ⅓ cup Tomato sauce
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded. low sodium
- ¼ cup Black olives
- 2 tbsp Basil, chopped
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes, optional
