• 150 g buckwheat
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 dl single cream for sauces
• 1 red onions
• 200 g carrots
• 200 g celeriac
• 200 g leek
• ½ bunch chives
• 100 g diced bacon
• 100 g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices
• 1 litre beef bouillon
• 2 sprig thyme
• 1 bay leaves
• salt and pepper to taste
