  • 4 oz. (113 g) roasted barley
  • 8 oz. (227 g) cane sugar (20 min.)
  • 4.5 AAU Northern Brewer hops (75 min.) (0.5 oz./14 g of 9% alpha acids)
  • 2.3 AAU Mt Hood hops (30 min.) (0.5 oz./14 g of 4.5% alpha acids)
