Lasagna

Ingredients

• 1lb. lasagna noodles
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 lb. sausage
• 1 medium onion minced
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese grated
• 12 oz. cottage cheese
• 2 6 oz cans tomatoe paste
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of wine - red burgundy
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
