Hudut - Traditional Belize Recipe
Hudut is a traditional Garifuna dish from Belize, consisting of mashed green and ripe plantains (fu-fu) served with a rich coconut milk-based fish stew (sere).

- 2 lbs White fish fillets (e.g., red snapper, grouper)

- 1 medium White onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup Okra (sliced)
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh oregano (minced)
