- 4 slices of white bread, thick and soft
- 2 boneless pork chops, large
- 100g of Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of plain flour
- vegetable oil, for frying
- Kewpie mayonnaise, or regular mayonnaise
- Japanese mustard, or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 small white cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 tbsp of ketchup
- 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp English mustard powder
