Rooibos and star anise jelly is a delicious pudding that's not quite a set jelly and not quite a punch. Yummy and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 rooibos teabags
- 500ml (2 cups) boiling water
- 6 star anise
- 10ml (2 tsp) pink peppercorns
- 2 cinnamon quills
- 15ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 6 (10g) gelatine leaves
- salt, to taste
