Lindsay's Chilled Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups fine wafer crumbs
• 1/2 cup butter melted
• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1 [4 oz 250 g]package of soft cream cheese
• 1 cup cottage cheese [sieved]
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 2 tsps vanilla
• 3 eggs seperated
• 1/2 pint [ 250 ml] whipping cream
