• 1 bunch Basil Leaves
• 1 pinch Black Pepper
• 800 g Chopped Tomatoes
• 3 clove Garlic thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 - Onion thinly sliced
• 2 - Red Pepper thinly sliced
• 2 tsp Sea Salt
• 2 tbsp SuperValu Oil
• 2 - SuperValu Potatoes unpeeled and thinly sliced
• 1 litre Vegetable Stock
• 1 pinch SuperValu Chilli Flakes
• 1 pinch SuperValu Goodness Flaked Almonds
• 4 portions Bread
