Chutney Torte

Ingredients

• 1 cup Amaz!n™ Prunes, chopped or Dried Cherries
• 1 cup pomegranate juice
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1/8 tsp each: cinnamon and allspice
• 2 (8 oz) packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
• 1 (8 oz) package fat free cream cheese, softened
• finely grated lemon zest and fresh thyme leaves
• whole grain crackers or baguette toasts
