Ingredients

• San Remo Reg Cannelloni 250g
• 250g frozen spinach (thawed)
• 500g fresh ricotta
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella (plus extra for serving)
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan
• 400g diced tomatoes
• 1 level tsp ground basil leaves
• 2/3 cup basil leaves
