Cannelloni with Beef and Spinach - San Remo

• San Remo Reg Cannelloni 250g
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 3 cups milk
• Salt and pepper
• 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 450g lean minced beef
• 1 x 200g packet frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry
• 1 egg
• 1 tspn basil
• 3 cups San Remo Tomato, Onion and Garlic Pasta Sauce
