Olive Oil Apple Honey Cake with Honey & Rosemary Syrup

Ingredients

• ¾ cups Lucero Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ⅔ cups of honey
• ½ cup applesauce
• ½ cup Greek style plain yogurt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 inch sprig fresh rosemary
